The key to this company is INTEGRITY. They Keep their promises, take no short cuts in performing their work, even when it takes longer than estimated. Jim Wheeler and his crew did an outstanding job for us! Our roof valley's were leaking and the tile roof looked bad with several broken tiles. Jim repaired all that needed fixing, including our chimney which had some termite damage. Jim then painted the entire roof and chimney. Hydro-sheen application was the final step in the process. Our roof looks much better than when it was new. Several neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I have recommended Jim to several friends and will continue to recommend him. He and his crew do a very professional job!

The roof looks like new. The company had to put up with a great deal of delays on my part. It was almost a year from the time we started the process of getting the roof repaired to the time they were given the go-ahead. When we finally were OK'd to go forward, it was just a matter of a few days to schedule and start the job. It was completed in two days without my presents. My roof looks great! I have neighbors coming up to me askign what I did all the time. When the work was being done one of my neighbors told me to cover my bushes because she had her roof washed and it killed her bushes and grass. I trusted Jeff and Bill and the rest of the guys at Alberson's and did not cover a thing, not one leaf turned brown. I am very pleased with the work and now that it is 5 months later my washed and sealed roof and driveway look exactly as it did when they left, which is of course remarkably different that before they came. I would recomend these guys to anyone.

Jeff and his crew answered every question I had and walked me through the process. Their maintenance program and warranty is unbeatable. The job was completed carefully and quickly, paying attention to details. I had a small problem with a tile that got cracked, which I hadn't noticed for months, but even months later they came right out to repair it, no questions asked! My glaze has been in place for a year now and I normally have algae growth by now. The roof tile still looks better than new. I believe that the Hydro-sheen glaze that Alberson's applied is helping retain and even improve the value of my home. Best of all, my neighbors are jealous!

Alberson's is one company that ACTUALLY does what it says it will do! They willing worked with our schedule, were prompt, neat, efficient and extremely organized in their work. No time was wasted. Our original roof color had faded badly, but they were able to recreate our original color and gave it a new and improved luster. I recommend them higher than any contracter we have ever worked with. It would be nice if they could be cloned!!!

It's not often that you can find contractors that do what they say they will. I have been burned too many times in business and personal dealings with small contractors. When I met Jeff, he helped us work throgh the color selection. I was concerned about how glossy the individual tiles looked from the ground. After they installed the tiles, the look was and continues to be incredible. I checked at the monier tile manufacturing plant about what they do to correct a new installation if the color's not consistent or right. Their answer is that they contract with Alberson's to go into a new installation to correct the problem to the owner's satisfaction. Just like the others, my neighborhood is still talking about the change in look of my house. the color of the house was pink and the roof was raspberry. Not too manly. After painting the house brown and the rood a darker brown custon formulated for me, with a black flash, it completely changed the look of the house and I believe increased my property value. One neighbor is mad because he no longer can tell his friends that he lives next to the pink monstrosity so they can find his house next door. After almost a year, it looks as good as new, and if I can remember to maintain it correctly, I believe it will be there for many years. I highly recommend Bill, Jeff, and helpers, who have a tremendous work ethic and would trust them to do other jobs for me in the future. Besides that, Jeff's jokes by e-mail keep me cracked up.

Our tile roof was badly damaged by Hurricane IKE from a pine tree hitting the concrete tile roof. A lot of cracked tiles and holes.
A local roofer, Alex Flores, specialized in these roofs and was able to fix the roof using salvage tiles since they are no longer manufactured (The house was built in 1983). The salvage tile colors did not match our roof so Alex suggested using Hydro-Sheen to recolor and reseal the tiles.
We had Alex apply the roof tile glaze to the repaired roof. The color perfectly matched the original tile colors and the whole roof looked like the day we purchased the house.
I was really pleased with the results.

My husband and I were skeptical that our roof would be restored to looking like new as the company assured us it would. We were proven wrong. We are beyond satisfied with the finished product.
Only one area of improvement, which is slight, could have been with the overspray on the chimney during application.
However, once I brought this observation to the company's attention, a crew was at our home the same day to complete the minor clean up. We even received a call from the owner of the company who wanted to confirm that we were completely satisfied before we made final payment.
Alberson's customer service practices deserve very high marks. We strongly can recommend this company and their product.

I had Jim Wheeler apply Glaze to my roof in Dec, 2008. He also repaired some rotted areas and some squirrel damage as well as my chimney and some painting.
My wife and I had just finished some interior remodeling where the contractor had been very difficult to deal with, so we were not looking forward to our roofing job. Jim and his crew totally changed our outlook. Right from day one through to completion, they were here when they said they would be, they did excellent work, and at the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have to worry about nails in our yard or driveway.
The roof still looks great. I have no reservations about highly recommending his services.

Mr. Wheeler and his crew did a fabulous job. We had to replace many tiles on our roof after Hurricane Ivan. Our tile color was no longer being made by Monier. Mr. Wheeler had to use several different colors of tile to repair the roof. We then had the roof glazed in a tri-color pattern. It looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having their room re-glazed. If anyone wants to have their roof re-glazed, I would be happy to talk to them and recommend Mr. Wheeler and his company as well as let them see my roof as an example.
